OVERVIEW:

The washable pleated filters are designed for general use in validation and air-conditioning systems in hospitals, office blocks, hotels, factories, AHU’s or areas where there is a high dust content.

They can also function as a pre-filter to secondary and tertiary filters and conforms to SABS 1428-1987. A test certificate is available on request.

The washable pleated panel filter is made from nonwoven needle punched synthetic media and this is fixed within a galvanized channel frame with urethane ensuring no air bypass.

The media is self-supporting or wire supported depending on customers’ requirements or preference.

Air Purification Unit

RECIRCULATION:

This type of Purification unit takes room air in through the top front grill via the Pre-filtration and passes through a double bank of Absorption media and finally through the final filter before exhausting clean Scrubbed and filtered air to the room through the bottom front grill.

RECIRCULATION & PRESSURIZATION:

This type of unit takes room air in through the top front grill and a balanced amount of fresh air in from outside via the rear top grill and is mixed before passing the Pre-filtration, it then passes through a double bank of Absorption media and finally through the final filter before exhausting clean Scrubbed and filtered air to the room through the bottom front grill.

PRESSURIZATION ONLY:

This unit takes 100% fresh air from outside that is impure and dirty and via the filtration and absorption media it is purified and filtered before exiting through the bottom front grill pressurizing the room to the desired pressure, depending on the amount of pressure required in the room the dirty air from outside can be adjusted via a damper or the fan can be variable speed controlled to suit. Multiple units can be installed in larger rooms for recirculation with 1 or more for pressurization.
